We need your help!

As Vis-a-Vis recruits new team members, our expert staff will be coaching them through our unique service playbook. From manicures and pedicures to waxing and massage, we need our valued clients and friends to volunteer for these free, training services and help get our rookies up to speed!

If you’d like to become a part of the Vis-a-Vis Research & Development team, simply fill out and submit the form below. Be sure to indicate which services you’re most interested in receiving, and we’ll alert you to bookable training service appointment times.

General Terms and Conditions

  • I understand that I will be required to sign a release form before receiving any service at Vis-a-Vis, including training services.
  • I understand that I will have to provide feedback on the training service received, via a form given to me by my service technician at the end of our session. I will provide 24-hours’ notice for cancellation of training services.
  • I will arrive at least five minutes before the scheduled start time of my training service.
  • I understand that missing my training service without some indication will result in my being cut from the Vis-a-Vis R&D Team and that I will no longer be eligible for free training services.
  • I am aware that all services will be performed by licensed technicians in a training environment which may result in multiple viewers and/or technicians in the room during the service.
  • If I am receiving a training waxing service, I attest that I am not taking any medications topically or orally that contain retinol such as Retin-A, Differin or Accutane.
  • In order to receive a training waxing service, I understand that I must allow for 4-6 weeks of hair growth prior to receiving the service.
  • I understand that joining the Vis-a-Vis R&D Team does not guarantee that I will receive free training services.
  • I understand that I will be contacted by Vis-a-Vis staff when service availability arises, and that at that point I must schedule the service with Vis-a-Vis Concierge in order to receive the service.
  • I will not be penalized if I do not meet the criteria or am unavailable for a training service.
  • I will not review or critique any training services received on any public platform, including but not limited to Yelp and Google.
